learning curve/ experience curve

As individuals get more experienced at a task, they usually become more efficient at it, following a progression of the learning first getting easier and then harder as one approaches a limit.

    This may explain my behavior. Accompanying bigger progress, comes bigger sense of fulfillment. Since sense of fulfillment is the major motivation for my behavior, I always change from task to task in a more frequent rate in order to enjoy higher ratio of "fulfilment VS effort", and after reaching certain plateau stage, I\’m inclined to withhold from further involvement when the ratio of "fulfillment VS effort" increases slower.
